Welcome to Lisa Durant Sound Healing. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made through www.lisadurantsoundhealing.com.

By booking any session, class, workshop, sound bath, crystal healing, or spiritual healing experience through this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions before completing your booking.

1. Agreement Upon Booking

By completing and submitting a booking through this website, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.

Acceptance of these Terms is automatic upon booking, and no separate written signature is required.

By proceeding with your booking, you confirm that:

• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions

• You accept the Health & Liability provisions contained within them

• You understand that your booking constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms before attending any session

These Terms apply to every booking made through www.lisadurantsoundhealing.com.

2. Nature of Services

Lisa Durant Sound Healing offers complementary wellbeing experiences including:

• Sound Baths

• Crystal Healing

• Spiritual Healing

• Energy-based healing practices

• Guided meditation and vibrational therapies

These services are holistic wellbeing practices only and are not medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatments.

Lisa Durant does not:

• Diagnose illnesses

• Prescribe medication

• Replace licensed medical professionals

If you have medical concerns, you must seek advice from a qualified healthcare practitioner.

3. Participation and Assumption of Risk

By attending any session, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Participation is voluntary

• You accept full responsibility for your own wellbeing before, during, and after the session

• Lisa Durant Sound Healing is not liable for physical, emotional, energetic, or psychological effects resulting from participation, except where required by law

Possible temporary responses may include:

• Dizziness

• Lightheadedness

• Nausea

• Headaches

• Emotional release

• Fatigue

• Tingling sensations

• Temperature fluctuations

• Vivid dreams or emotional processing afterwards

These responses are generally temporary but vary by individual.

4. Health Declaration

Participation in sound healing sessions is not recommended for individuals with any of the following conditions unless prior medical advice has been obtained from a qualified healthcare professional:

• Pregnancy (particularly during the first trimester)

• Epilepsy or any history of seizures

• Pacemakers, stents, or implanted medical devices

• Severe mental health conditions, including psychosis

• Serious cardiovascular conditions

• Sound sensitivity disorders

If you have any of the above conditions and still wish to attend, you must first consult an appropriately qualified medical professional to determine whether participation is safe for you.

By choosing to attend despite any such condition, you confirm that you do so entirely at your own risk and that Lisa Durant Sound Healing accepts no liability for any adverse effects, injury, illness, complication, or medical episode arising directly or indirectly from your participation. Failure to seek medical advice before attending is solely the participant's responsibility.

5. Personal Responsibility

You agree that:

• You will listen to your body throughout the session

• You will reposition yourself if uncomfortable

• You will notify Lisa Durant immediately if you experience distress or discomfort

• You understand that no guaranteed healing outcome is promised

All healing experiences are individual and subjective.

6. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lisa Durant Sound Healing shall not be held liable for any claims, injuries, losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in any session, whether in person or online.

This includes:

• Physical discomfort

• Emotional reactions

• Psychological responses

• Delayed energetic effects after sessions

7. Bookings & Payments

• All sessions must be booked in advance

• Payment is required to secure your place

• Bookings are only confirmed once payment is received

8. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Minimum 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule

• Less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee

• Missed appointments are non-refundable

If Lisa Durant Sound Healing cancels a session, you will be offered:

• A full refund, or

• Transfer to another available date

9. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Sessions proceed unless cancelled by the organiser.

Lisa Durant Sound Healing is not responsible for:

• Travel disruptions

• Weather preventing your attendance

• Personal emergencies

Refunds are not provided for missed attendance due to these circumstances.

If the organiser cancels due to severe weather or unforeseen events, an alternative date or refund will be offered.

10. Age Policy

Clients under 16 years old must have parental or guardian consent before attending.

A parent or guardian may be required to remain present depending on the session type.

11. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is handled respectfully and securely.

Information collected is used only for:

• Bookings

• Communication

• Session administration

Your details will never be sold or shared with third parties unless legally required.

12. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

• Misuse of booking systems

• Provide false information

• Interfere with website functionality

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice.
