By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Nature of Services

Sound healing, crystal healing and spiritual healing are complementary wellbeing practices. They are not medical treatments.

Lisa Durant is not a medical doctor and does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medication, or offer medical advice.

If you have a medical condition or health concerns, you should seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

No medical claims are made about the benefits of sound healing, crystal singing bowls, or any other holistic therapies offered.

2. Health & Safety

Please inform us before your session if you:

• Have epilepsy

• Are pregnant

• Have a pacemaker

• Have serious mental or physical health conditions

• Have any sound sensitivity

Some rare forms of epilepsy may be triggered by sound. If you have epilepsy, you must consult your doctor before attending.

If you are pregnant or have a pacemaker, you should seek medical advice before booking to ensure a sound bath is suitable for you.

You attend all sessions at your own responsibility.

3. Age Policy

Clients under 16 must have parental consent to attend any session.

4. Bookings & Payments

All sessions must be booked in advance.
Payment is required to secure your space.

5. Cancellation Policy

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge.

• Missed appointments are non-refundable.

If a session is cancelled by Lisa Durant Sound Healing, you will be offered a refund or transfer to another date.

6. Personal Responsibility

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and well-being during and after the session.

Lisa Durant Sound Healing accepts no liability for any loss, injury, or health issue arising from participation, except where required by law.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is respected at all times.

Any personal information you provide will be used only for communication and booking purposes. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties unless required by law.

Reasonable steps are taken to protect your data.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The latest version will always be available on this website.

9. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances

Sound bath sessions will go ahead as scheduled unless cancelled by the organiser. I am not responsible for individual travel disruptions, adverse weather conditions, or personal circumstances that prevent you from attending. Refunds will not be issued if you are unable to attend due to weather or travel difficulties.

In the unlikely event that a session is cancelled by the organiser due to severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, an alternative date or refund will be offered.
