Welcome to Lisa Durant Sound Healing.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all sound baths, healing sessions, meditation events, and wellbeing experiences offered by Lisa Durant Sound Healing.

By attending any session or event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Services

Lisa Durant Sound Healing provides complementary wellbeing experiences, which may include:

• Sound Bath Healing

• Guided Meditation

• Spiritual Healing

• Crystal Healing

• Energy-Based Healing Practices

These services are intended to support relaxation, balance, and general wellbeing. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

Lisa Durant does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medication, or replace professional healthcare advice. If you have any health concerns, you should consult a qualified healthcare professional before attending.

2. Participation & Personal Responsibility

All sessions are attended voluntarily, and participants accept full responsibility for their own wellbeing during and after attendance.

By attending, you acknowledge that sound healing and vibrational practices may produce physical or emotional responses that vary between individuals.

These may include (but are not limited to):

• Deep relaxation

• Emotional release

• Dizziness or lightheadedness

• Tingling sensations

• Fatigue

• Headaches

• Changes in temperature sensitivity

• Vivid dreams or emotional processing after the session

Participants are encouraged to listen to their body at all times and may rest, reposition themselves, or leave the session if needed.

3. Health & Safety

Sound healing sessions may not be suitable for everyone.

You are advised to seek medical guidance before attending if you:

• Are pregnant, particularly in the first trimester

• Have epilepsy or a history of seizures

• Have a pacemaker or implanted medical device

• Experience significant sound sensitivity

• Have serious cardiovascular conditions

• Have severe mental health conditions, including psychosis

By attending, you confirm that you do so at your own risk and accept full responsibility for your health and wellbeing.

Lisa Durant Sound Healing accepts no liability for any injury, illness, reaction, loss, or adverse outcome arising from participation, except where liability cannot be excluded under law.

4. Payments & Attendance

Unless otherwise stated, pre-booking is not required.

Participants may attend sessions on the day, subject to availability. Cash payments are accepted at the event, and advance booking may be offered for selected sessions where advertised.

Entry is not guaranteed once a session reaches capacity.

5. Cancellation, Changes & Refunds

Lisa Durant Sound Healing reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or amend any session due to illness, venue issues, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where possible, advance notice will be provided via social media, email, or the website.

If a session or event is cancelled by Lisa Durant Sound Healing, including any pre-booked session, a full refund will be issued for the affected booking.

If you choose to cancel your booking or decide not to attend, no refunds will be issued.

Lisa Durant Sound Healing is not responsible for any personal travel costs or other expenses incurred due to cancellations, changes, or non-attendance.

6. Age Policy

Participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise agreed in advance.

7. Personal Belongings

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.

Lisa Durant Sound Healing accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal items during sessions or events.

8. Privacy

Any personal information provided through contact, booking, or enquiries will be handled securely and respectfully.

Information will not be sold or shared with third parties unless required by law.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the website.
